Mermaid Outfit!
After looking at other pictures of these amazingly cute knitted sets, I came up with my own version.
The mermaid tail has a stretchy waistband and a drawstring embellished with beads. The tail is knitted in a scales pattern, and is completed with a fish tail.
The bikini top is made with the same super soft yarn, with the sea shells held together with adjustable straps.
This set will fit a baby up to 9 months old.

The baby mermaid is growing up....and was in need of a new set of fins!
This tail was made using the same pattern, but with a thicker yarn. Great to cozy up in on a chilly afternoon.,,, maybe while listening to grandma reading a story or taking a nap.
